    Congrats!! remember you gradually lose less weight as the weeks go on [ as their is less fat to lose its harder to do so ] So don't get upset if you don't lose as much as you used too! good luck xxx

    i do 30 mins of wii everyday and then 1400 steps on a stepper too.Its not doing anything for me so i'll try and step it up,however if your doing well keep it up :) x

    Warm up your water if its difficult, but you really do need alot of water it can help stop feeling hungry, it'll stop headaches,restlessness and alot of other things you may not even notice your body is doing. It is Very Important! x G.Luck x

    3 Stone in 10 weeks?

    i do think its a really ambitious target but i think if you eat really well and exercise beyond your own limits you can achieve it, why you'd want to rush yourself i have no idea. You have your whole life to loose weight, do it slowly and you'll feel better for it.
