    True, but if you buy 21 they're a out 1.40 each which is better. I suppose it depends how much you want bars! I'm not massively impressed with the ones I've tried so far, not as good as cd. Only got 4 in my sample pack though.

    Evening all, Just wondered how people make their crispy shakes? I've just made one using the smoothie maker but its a bit grim. I think its blitzed the crispy bits so its now gritty. That's how I made all of my cd shakes but obviously they didn't have bits. Thanks for any replies :)

    Eating Normally When Reached Target

    When I stopped CD I didn't go up the stages. Had some indulgent days but on the whole counted calories. Lost an average of 1/2 stone a month so its certainly do-able. I guess you just need to eat only when you're hungry & mainly make good choices to balance out any days of excess.

    Eat sensibly & you'll be fine. I gained 2lb the week after finishing on CD but then went on to lose 2 1/2st in the following months. You regain after any diet if you go back to eating rubbish!
