    3 weeks down (almost) and just over a stone lighter, I am going to start re-feeding either next week or week after.. Really getting bored on this now lol... I will refeed for 2-3 weeks and then prob go to slimming world.. Bring on the no/ low carb foooood....

    Am I the only one??... who whilst on LT loves to go food shopping and cooking my partner tea. ??? Very weird, but it makes me feel good.. I like looking at whats on offer in the Supermarkets and looking through healthy recipies from my cooking books, ready for when I come off the diet...

    Dont do heavy work outs on this diet! its not designed for that, as said above you are only taking in very few calories a day. TBH, you will probably pass out if you put your body through that much whilst on LT (but then I am no doctor). I love tennis, basketball, boxing and cycling- yet...

    Just thinkin about how to maintain after life on LT. Not thinking of stoppin LT, just thought when things go back to 'normal' slim fast might be an easy way to maintain/ slowly lose a bit more weight. As suggested above i think ill have a read through the maintainance forums:D
