    i think u just need to reflect on why u are doing the diet in the first place and when u come off it to make sure u dont back to eating like u used to. all diets help u to lose weight but none helps u keep it off. thats all done to u.

    first week was good and draged on near he end. just been to pub with dad, brother an cousin. just watched them have chicken tikka, kebabs, lamb chops, chilli chicken, chilli prawns, nan bread and a few beers whilst i downed a couple of bottles of water.

    Nearly caved in last night!

    hey i watched that too and then the f word. just think off eating all that once ur the size u wanna be. i felt as those programs helped me as i know what i should be eating and now start to plan on changing my eating habits. well done for not giving in and the loss.

    Hi all. Going to try the soup tonight but everyone keeps saying how bad it is. Just want something hot and savory. :cry: Never had much of a sweet tooth. Hope ur all getting on well and getting close to ur targets.

    Day Two!

    the earl grey was nice lol. they had fried egg, toast abd beans. looked fab but was not tempted, just looking forward to the weigh in on monday and just want to get to my target of getting rid of 28lb then go on to a healthy eating plan.
