Im aware of not being aloud to, but still do. Its never affected me, I cant deal with that taste.. but then i also drink diet coke on it, Still loose as much as people that dont.. maybe thats just me though x

I think I have probably had one good day out of the 7 :( Totally buggered up this week !! But weigh in tomorrow and fresh start... again!! I have eaten for england and i really didnt need to... Ah well its over now, no more eggs laying around :)
I think it is all down to personal choice... If people do the lipotrim.. loose 2,3,4 stone then go on SW and maintain.. respect for them! I did it for 8 days, ate nothing just 3 sachets a day and I lost 10lbs.. which is amazing but with me it just all goes on again plus some! So for people like...
I have just come off of the pill after many different side effects.. including eating like a horse.. Now i have lost a stone since i came off it and am much much happier generally, when i looked up comman side effects of the contraceptive pill I was horrified! Never looked into the injection...
I have had on/off on/off weeks! Its a pain! I have found that planning ahead really works wonders.. i do all my lunchs/dinners in advance and plan my meals a week ahead so i know where i am.. I also have a Syn 'bag' where i put my goodies :D But it has to last all week :D
I find it really easy to stick with EE and the 1/3 superfree.. i have half a plate of salad with most things lol... Every meal I do have a huge bowl of salad/veg with.. I just ate some king prawns with noodles and a rocket salad :P:P
I wouldnt personally put sugar or sweetner in green tea... I think that kind of defeats the object actually.. The flavoured ones taste fine as they are... I like clipper, twinings and tetley.. all nice and reasonably priced.. I have my WI on thurs soooo will see if this week has made any...
If you don't like the green tea with lemon... Plain green tea with a wedge of lemon is yummy!! I have 2 cups of that in the morning to wake me up... Dont know about everyone else but i leave the bag in for 3 mins xx
I personally love green tea.. I have done a lot of research into it and the benefits are so worth while, I started by drinking just the twinnings and still do, but have bought a tea pot and cup (they fit into each other... enough for 1 person) which is used for tea leaves! The green tea leaves...
Curley Wurleys frozen are very nice.. they take longer to eat! Which is good... Wotsits are 6 syns i think... umm kitkats 5.5 yummm Walkers sunbites are 6... gorgeous dipped in fromaige frais with chives :P:P
I just find that if I have all of that nearby.. if i dont eat it i can wrap it up and put it in the fridge if i leave some... but i am a criminal picker so its best for me to pick on free food!! But the dips are great! x
Chunky SW chips :) Orr I love to chop up cucumber, celery, carrots and then i do a dip using natural yogurt and chives :P:P Also I have a bowl of chopped up fruit nearby.. Im always full after that.
As for low syn treats... Kitkats are just 5 for a 2 finger, curley wurleys are 6... Hmm walkers...
I totally agree with what everybody else has said.. I work at the co-op where I am surrounded by food... I used to eat pre-prepared sandwiches crisps and choccys... haha now im in with salad.. fruit etc etc.. save a lot of money actually.. I get comments and I just ignore them.. really doesnt...
I agree with the fact that you can have a treat within your daily allowance.. I usually have 10-15 syns which is more than enough for something small you fancy :P Take away wise.. I wouldn't personally risk it, because when I fall off of the wagon it tends to happen soooo badly that I usually...
I have just had bangers and mash with beans :P:P I fry the quorn sausages in red onion and garlic for 10mins then put them under the grill for 5.. but as someone said they are still bland ... so cover them in beans xxx

I personally think that is really unfair.. This is half the reason I wont go to a class again.. its more about money than helping people lose weight. Everyone should have the option to do it with a class or at home! And if they choose to do it at home then should have the option to buy the books...

Risotto sounds good.. as I said i really dont use rice therefore struggle to cook it properly! It always seems to end up either undercooked or overcooked!! x

~Peirce & Cook your Potatoes for 10-15mins in the microwave :)
~Wait for them to cool completley
~Slice into which ever style you like, I just do rough wedges
~Pre heat your oven to 200* and get a Oven proof dish out...
