    So hungry!

    I've been on atkins for about 3 weeks now, and it's been going fine. But for some reason, today I am really really hungry. It's not cravings, it's actual hunger, and nothing I eat seems to fill me up for more than about 10 minutes! Does anyone have any advice?

    Breakfast Ideas

    Every day for breakfast I have eggs. I have them in a range of different ways - scrambled, omelette, with bacon, fried, etc. but I'm starting to get a little bored of having them every single day. Does anyone have any other suggestions for what I can have for breakfast?!

    Chicken Caesar Salad on induction?

    I'm going out for lunch tomorrow, and I'm looking through the menu so I can plan in advance what I can have. One possibility is a chicken caesar salad, but I was wondering if caesar dressing is OK on induction? Also, it comes with grana padano cheese - is that allowed?
