    I made this (made OH the peanut buter caramel one and then ate some! opps) and made a choc one for me. I used 2 sachets of highlights dark choc (3 syns i think) with a tiny bit of coffee, choc essence and vanilla essence. Really nice to dip straws etc in!

    I make an awesome peanut butter caramel pie with this tofu, blending it with peanut butter and a bit of sweetner (i used agave) is amazing with chocolate. Or I make THE BEST baked coconut pie with it, like a giant macaroon. Not very diet friendly but might be able to adjust them!

    DO NOT DO IT WITOUT TRAINERS!:eek: thats the worst thing you can possibly do for your ankles and knees!!!! Trainers absorb some of the impact from the jumping. Maybe you are wearing trainers that are too high in the ankle, or maybe you are overturning your foot when you do lunges etc?

    its good! I enjoy it once ive done it but when you do it it is torture. but you feel good after! You might want to give up after the first circuit, and feel like your gunna die, but (uunless you are in major pain) you wont. keep going, and then its finished!

    I had Ibs and is almost gone now, it might not be the fruit and veg. I found that cutting down on my dairy made a MASSIVE diffrence. Dairy is one of the main reasons people have IBS.
