    Well I gained 0.5 pounds. I'm a bit disappointed with that but after losing a stone in two weeks I suppose things are evening out. Anyway, I just have one more weigh in before going on holiday so fingers crossed for next week. Congratulations to everyone on their loss.

    Disappointed

    Someone said to me "You can't uneat it, wipe your mouth and move on". You're doing well, of course it's annoying to trip up a bit but we've all done it. The big mistake would be to decide that you've blown it. You haven't. Good luck.

    Green Tea which one is best

    Green tea is fantastic. It is extremely good for you but I'm not sure about its weight loss properties. You might have to persevere with it though. I didn't like the taste at all but I do now.

    Hmm, there are various calculations and formulae. The one deemed most accurate is HRmax = 205.8 − (0.685 × age). Target heart rate should be 65 - 85% of HRmax.

    I have the app on my iPhone. I was doing well but took time out to eat pies and gave up. I am going to start again. The app can update your facebook page so you can shame yourself in public!

    Online shopping's great! We use Tesco and, like others, if there is any problem with the order there is no issue with a refund. I find it cheaper as there are no distractions in the aisles!

    I think everyone has a trigger food. With me, it's Doritos. I *know* that if I start eating Doritos I won't stop. It's (much) easier for me to have none at all than a limited amount.

    I think that the thermic effect of protein means that if you were to eat the same number of calories in protein vs carbs you would lose more weight on the protein. So green may be a bit slower but I'm sure you'll get there!

    can you have too much fruit?

    Bananas are great! I love bananas! But like the others I would substitute some other fruit sometimes - there are some nice strawbs and rasps around at the moment. BTW, I'm a bloke and only get 15 syns. I demand a recount :-)

    Why do you think it could be the start of your demise. You have done really really well. Are you bored with the diet? Maybe try some new recipes. Why not dig out an old photo and ask yourself if you really want to go back to that?

    Are they the frozen ones? The only ones available are Iceland Yorkshire Puddings, 12/16 pack, frozen 18g each and they are 2.5 syns on all plans.

    It is, essentially, a low fat diet. Ultimately, while you can pile your plate with salmon or spuds, who really wants to? Now if it was pizza ..... I agree with others, it's not a diet, it's a way of educating yourself what to eat to look after yourself - the weight loss should follow...

    One of the things that attracted me to SW was the amount of fruit that you could eat. A fruit salad with low fat natural yoghurt is lovely.
