Definate no no on carrying syns over. Only okay to have around 40 syns every now and then on a night or day out.

Was reading a posting and someone wanted to know the syns in Rainbow drops. I phoned Swizzels and asked for the details. For an 80g bag it is seven and a half syns. Calories are 135 and all the rest like carbs are 0. Hope this helps. :girlpower:
