Just out of interest, I was wondering if anyone else is a cross-stitch fan like me? I haven't done any for a while, but as I am starting the Cambridge Diet SS over the next day or so, I thought it would be a good idea to get back into my sewing again. At least it keeps my mind, and hands...

I am hoping to start Cambridge Sole Source this Saturday (23rd, January) so I am going to try and get back into my cross-stitching again. At least it keeps my mind, and hands, other wise occupied! LOL. Lins x

I'm hoping to begin the Cambridge Diet - Sole Source plan on January, 25th. Is there any special diet I should be following in the meantime; in preparation? My Cambridge Consultant has suggested that I start cutting down on the carbs, but I have very little idea of what I should be eating...

Hi there, Could anyone please tell me how much it costs to do the Lipotrim plan weekly/monthly? I am just wondering whether it's cheaper than The Cambridge Diet and/or Lighter Life programme? Cost is a major factor right now.... Lindsay's Lard

Why can't slim fast be used as soul source nutrition? Surely it's more or less the same as following Lighter Life, Cambridge Diet, etc. Right now, I am unable to work but am desperate to try a VLCD. Trouble is, I cannot afford the cost of the above mentioned diets? At least Slim-Fast works out...
