A Syn Free Version... is easily obtained if you substitute the coconut milk for coconut essense. I do this all the time. I also use the essence in FF Greek yogurt over fruit or in Quark for a coconut cheesecake type pud! Scrummy and all syn-free :)

Hi all. New on board today :) I'm after the syn value of a vodka-type spirit drink called Vodkova. Does anyone know by any chance? I drink it because it's lower in alcohol than vodka and I'm trying to ease the burden on the old kidneys as well as shift the excess pounds. Cheers. Lyesie.
