    I had a muller light coconut and dark choc, layered in a glass with sliced strawberries and 42g (heb) weetabix crunchy cereal. Looked really pretty and tasted good too! Also had an apple and large glass of water!

    curly wurly in the freezer?!?!!?

    I usually freeze it for a couple of hours, then it gets yummy and brittle. You can either crunch it or suck the it til it softens. (ok, that sounds rude!!) Hubby can't believe how long I can make one last :)

    If I were you I wouldn't worry too much about the science, SW is proven to work - just read some of the amazing stories on this board. Trust the plan and the weight will fall off

    I have wondered the same. I used to do calorie counting and its a hard habit to get out of. I don't know how it works, I just know that it does. Trust it :)

    Is the frozen yogurt really free? Its yummy and I assumed it would be out of bounds on SW!!! Go for chicken (skin off), spicy rice and salad (yum!)

    Would definitely go for a box of 'bits' to pick at - carrot & pepper sticks, light baby bel (HEA), chicken or hard boiled egg, fruit salad etc Don't forget to take a bottle of water x

    I know how you feel, when I fall off the wagon I find it hard to stop, even if it makes me feel ill! Just focus on why you are doing SW, and treat tomorrow as a fresh start xx

    Has anyone tried Quorn Italian Style meatballs? They are in the freezer section and free on Extra Easy! I wrote about them on my blog if anyone is interested. Really enjoyed them with pasta and sauce for my tea!

    I was really excited to find that the Quorn 'meatballs' are free. The Italian ones are yummy with pasta and tomato sauce Haven't tried the Bowyers sausages yet but keep hearing good things about them

    I think it would work if you stirred it in at the end - might make it nice and creamy! But you don't want to let it boil, it will ruin the texture. Be interested to know how you get on if you try this :)
