    I have a moutain of Potatoes help

    I like to make some small jacket pots,cut in 1/2 scrape the middle out , mash in some philli cheese spread and pop back in oven to crisp up. Have added veg as well in the past like spinach or onions with feta instead of philli :) No doubt someone will be along with more exciting ideas ;)

    Lunch Ideas

    What did you have for lunch today? I had 2 weight watchers sausages roasted with mushrooms and shallots, a pepper cut in half and stuffed with cherry toms and feta with some flavoured olive oil all for 7pp :eating: Looking for different ideas so looking forward to see what you all have had :)

    Asda mini sponge flans (box of 6) 2pp each. I made some ww jelly up, left it until its nearly set and spooned some over some strawberries on the flan - left for a few hours to set properly. Going to pour some vanilla yogurt over that I kept back from lunch. mmmmmm ;)

    They are but I only use one and make enough soup for 6-8 servings and freeze the soup into portions. If its spread over several weeks I dont count it . I dont eat the soup everyday, just 1 or twice a month :)

    sliced mushrooms, onions,petit pois,sweetcorn,broccoli and cauli are always in the freezer.Sometimes will have carrots but they have to be tiny baby ones. I also get the frozen stir fry veg from sainsburys.I also like the steamfresh mixed bags but only get them when they are on offer. :)

    Fruit Salad ?

    I do exactly the same. I will skin/segment an orange above the fruit bowl and also ball the melon above the bowl so that any juice is caught with the chopped fruit :)

    I am not a big meat eater ,I use quorn mince in bolo and cottage pies. I have also in the past made curry with the quorn pieces. The minted lamb style steaklets from the chiller are really lovely(have not had them for a while as not sure of current sin value ).
