    Hi, As far as I know the colours differ from test to test (?) but you should aim for colour 2-4. So the first in your sequence would be 'no ketosis' and the second to fourth 'in ketosis'. I'm on 2 since day 4. Hope this helps, Kat

    Oh no, I thought I could use the Avidlite Dietimeal bars. Just looked at the nutritional info it looks very similar but Avidlite bars have extra sodium, potassium and calcium. Don't know what it means SS-wise, will it take me out of ketosis? Any advice greatly appreciated. Kee Nougat bars...

    Grand result for Wk1 is -13lbs! I am well chuffed and proud. Now on to Wk2 not expecting a very big loss but will be very pleased with anything over 5lbs. And 7lbs would be fantastic as it would take me to the total loss of 20lbs in 2 weeks. Can't stand the chocolate pudding/mousse any more...

    So hubby decides it's a good day to have chinese dumplings for tea... Just the smell of them made me so hungry.
