    I think its because Tesco, morissons missed the deadline to get the nvs to ww before they launched pps and printed the books. I bought one too and hardly use it! I am guessing that any subsequent prints of the book may be better but not much good to those of us who have already bought them.

    Its weigh in tonight (6.30) and i need to eat light to have any chance of a sts or loss. Just wondered if any of you had any rules on wi day ie: do not eat/drink for 2 hours before weigh in or only eat fruit. I would be very interested to know especially if anyone knows of a miracle food!

    Disappointed - STS!

    Curvy lass, dont beat yourself up, 3 weeks and 8.5lbs is amazing and at some point your weight loss may slow down, i frequently have sts for no reason but i know if i stay on track i will lose the following week. Let us know how you get on next week.

    Well done on your weight loss Debbie, you must feel fantastic. I dont know much about orlistat, what made you try it? Do you think its helped you? Is it one of the tablets that has the horrendous side effects. I would be interested to hear your thoughts.

    RC sells and recommends a firming cream, its on the web site. Cant remember how much it is though. Hope that is some help.x
