Weight Watchers foods that are definitely worth the cost.

I usually buy the yogurts every week for taking to work. And I looooove the frozen brownie desserts. Yummy yummy! I don't tend to buy the biscuits or chocolates as I like to treat myself to a curly wurly which is only 2.5 points and so worth it. I used to buy the ww cheese puff crisps until I...

    STS - Phew!!!

Had a bad week this week (food wise) and I didn't lose anything at weigh in today. BUT I also didn't gain so I'm chuffed to bits!! Never thought I'd say that as I used to get really down a few years ago if I didn't get a loss every single week. I think that sometimes you need a few days off the...

    Can I freeze the yogurts?

Are you thinking of freezing them and eating them frozen? If so, I'd say not such a good idea. Because they are so low in fat they will become very very hard, like a fruity milky ice cube I guess!! Not like normal frozen yogurt which tends to have more fat in to help create a smoother texture...

Thanks, I really hope so. You're right about the book, I have the points calculator so will start relying less on the book and more on actually calculating points from the nutritionals, more accurate. :-)

    Jelly panic!!

Eeeek! Just eaten what I thought was a 0 point jelly- Hartley's ready made no added sugar orange jelly 115g pot. A quick swot up in the "shop" book and it says it's actually 4 and a half points? How can this be!?!? Per 100g on the nutrition is 3 calories and 0 sat fats. It's just flavoured water...

Question for the people who have swapped from SW

When I was on SW at the start of the year I was one of the "naughty" ones who found someone willing to give me the SW password and used all the functions of the website. Just don't ask for the password on the SW section of this site or they will jump on you from a height!! I also got the up to...

    Has anyone tried Quorn Meatballs?

I'm a big fan of quorn meatballs. Its one of the few syn free SW dishes I cook that my boyf will eat with me- he loves them too. I usually make a tomato, red pepper and chilli sauce to go with them. I find they need lots of punchy flavours to make them tasty as they are quite bland. With a...

Does anyone know if Quorn frozen bacon is syn free? I've made the typical foolish mistake of buying before checking and now I'm having my doubts as I've noticed there is rapeseed oil o the ingredients list. It was on special offer but not so special if I can't use it!! The one I have is 150g...
