No those diets genuinely dont work they're not sustainable in anyway shape or form. sure you lose weight but you cant live a normal life style ever again and thats just not practical in this day and age where theres a lack of time, money and alot of job pressures x

A gain after atkins is to be expected u've forced ur body to go into ketosis when it shouldn't be so now ur eating normal food again ur body is thinking thankgod! But give it a few weeks the scales will go the other way eventually there's no reason for it not to work x

I would go to the meal. Couples dinners and such things are important :) just choose wisely at the meal and go for a jog when you have time the proceeding days after xx
if you're like me and cant do things bu halves..... i would eat zero point food at lunch up until your birthday stick to low point meals for breakfast and dinner and earned points too. :)

I dont really know how many i'm under each week I dont really tally it up to be honest. I don't intend to be under my points (unless i've binged one day) it just happens some times. Especially if im working, i'm running around so much that I dont really have time to think let alone get hunger...
if you have a microwave porridge is ideal get the oats so simple sachets (1.5-2pts depending on the flavour you buy) add some milk from your daily allowance and bam you got your self a warm and filling brekie in 2 mins!

yeah unless they specify light soya milk, soya milk is pretty high in calories. 200mls of soya milk is more calories than 568ml (pint) of skimmed milk.

no unfortunately you dont measure liquid weight like that unless its in its acual liquid state ie melted.
55g is 100ml of icecream so 68.75g is 125mls icream
yeah i cut out chocolate and crisps. i worked out even if two people had the same points the one eating a low fat fruit and veg filled diet would actually eat about double the calories than someone who just ate 4 crunchies...but because they're fibre and vitamin filled they fuel your bodies...
yeah I know weight watchers capped the points on skimmed milk at 2 points but coz I have a very limited amount of time before my holiday now so i'm calculating it at 3 points from the nutritional information just so I know i'm not going over my points at all.Thanks for the heads up though :)...

you also have to remember that you maybe replacing fat with muscle.
e.g one week you could lose 6lbs of fat but the scales only show a 2lb loss because you've gained 4lbs of muscle......
-6 (fat) + 4 (muscle)=-2 on scales..
i was like that til like 3 days ago! haha its just today when im thinking " i have a treadmill, if i want a treat, do the exercise first and have it guilt free" its a win win situation because i want the treat guilt free and i want to tone and running does that for me ( hips are an issue with me)
I do! or i earn stuff. if i've eaten something i feel guilty about, i'll run on the treadmill until i've burnt the calories of the treat away... or i'll run until i've burned a certain amount of calories to eat a treat...

just out of interest i calculated my average fat intake each day and my average fat intake on ww per day is 8g and sat fat 1.5g, im not sure you can get much lower than that considering xenical recommend no more than 15g fat per meal! and im having 8g per day! thats what ww does, makes sure you...
i have tried alli (half strength xenical/orlistat) had some side effects when i ate high fat food but if you're on ww then your diet is already low fat ( or atleast thats the theory) and thus xenical wont have much, if any effect, but if you want to try it go for it i say but i would waste money...
Bananas are always good im outta them at the moment so have been eating strawberries but i think bananas are the best for people who dont like brekie but feel they need something plus its one of your five a day and keeps you fuller for longer than other fruit :)

good way to get kids to eat fruit is get lots of different fruits and make fruity kebabs and they chose what goes on the kebab etc apparently makes it fun for them, or making smiley faces on the plates etc
