Hi all, Having read many posts and forums re the above I am still perplexed about what are the best sausages to buy , cook and how ? Generally we eat them on a RED day ( sunday ) and I want something of low syns , occasionally I want a meat free version for a green day , any recommendations...

HI , The Soup is made by TSC Foods. 85% Tomato , followed by onion , tomato paste and sugar. 1.1g of Protein per 100g and 6.8 g of Carbs. Many Thanks

Hi All, I have bought this in Morrisons as it was on offer but can't find the syn values anywhere. It is the Tomato anbd Herb variety , 210 cals in 600g pot with 0.4g of fat per 100g. Any help / thoughts would be appreciated !!
