    I tried a green day on Friday

    Hi, I've never done well on green days, even though I like you had a Chinese on Friday (veggie chow mein, not the best Chinese in the world!!) however when I do I tend to keep off grains such as Cous Cous etc. I just keep to quorn, eggs etc which in fairness are free both days.

    Hi Can I suggest you cut down on Mullers I know they are free but they still have calories and I do realise SW say you can eat as much free food as you like but I still like to watch the amount of calories I eat. Just a suggestion, hope that helps
