    BMI Vs Dress Size

    5ft 3. BMI 24.5 size 10-12 depending on the shop. Exercise must make a difference as I have previously been lighter but more of a 12. I have been doing a lot of exercise this time and feel much more toned particularly in the tummy area!

    PCOS and EE/Green?

    I have PCOS, do green days and EE and still have losses. I haven't cut out white carbs but I have cut back. I am also on metformin which has really helped me with ovulation problems and some say it helps with weight loss (not sure - prefer to think it is all down to my hard work!:)) Good luck x

    You can use them as part of meals. They don't have to be for 'treats'. You may not be eating enough if you don't have them, then your losses could slow down..

    Confusion.

    They have them in my local Adsa too, though I prefer the laughing cow extra light ones. Lower calories too!

    Embarrassed at gym

    I have been in gyms where I have felt embarrassed. Have you had a look around a few gyms - at this time of year they all offer free trials. I am sure you will find one where you feel more comfortable. Good luck and don't give up with the exercise xx

    WW meals - lunches??

    Thanks for the reminder. When I last lost weight (2007 - pre baby) I lived on these meals as they are so easy and filling. The supermarkets usually have them on promotion as well so they work out quite cheap for lunch. Going to stock up! Jen
