    Looking at your stats charlotte-eve what I want to achieve is very similar. I'm 5ft 10 too and I got down to 10st 2 in 2008 and it was starting to make me look a bit gaunt. So I dont think I could go much lower again. However o would love to be in single figures. I haven't been for years! Xx

    I did sw last year and really didn't get on with it,so much free food is just not a good idea. There just doesn't seem to be aogic behind the plan. I lost 2 on my first week and then it went downhill from there. Just had my first weigh in last night on we and I lost 2lbs, which I'm really glad...

    Gains/losses after 1st week on Propoints. How have you done?

    Just had my first weigh in and lost 2lbs! I'm pretty happy with that. I have read about some people losing over 5/6lbs in the firdt week but i know everyone is different. It prob would have been more if I hadn't been weighed in the evening.

    You can do what you want with them. Whatever you prefer. I have 37 pp per day so i could use mine each dsy to round my allowance to 40 if i wanted to :-) x

    Day 3 on weight watchers and I'm really enjoying it! Really love all the weight watcher food as well. Just had the chicken mushroom and potato pie with some sauteed mushrooms - delicious!

    I used to go gym 5 times a week for heavy cArdio sessions, then I was 10st2lbs lol. Shortly after I got with my current boyfriend andmy weight crept up :( trying to get back into the gym now but i unwell at the mo :(
