    Breakfast ideas

    Not eating breakfast is one of my biggest problems. So this week I made a frittata with 8 eggs, 50g low fat cheese, mushrooms, onions, peas, cherry tomatoes and spring onions.     Eating breakfast makes me want more food!!

    I have done cd before and lost couple of stones before wedding. I am currently ttc and have lost couple of stone through calorie counting and excercise. I have been stuck at same weight for weeks and need to lose around 9lbs in just over 3 weeks. Concerned about cambridge in case it stops me...

    Q for CDC, why can't I have CD bars until after week 2?

    I know you are not supposed to have them but my cdc gave me bars from days 1. I work shifts and would not have survived without them. I have lost 11lbs in my first 2 weeks and all going well. I think it makes a big difference when working. have half the bar at one break and then other half later.

    First Week Over

    Well first week down and have lost 8 and half pounds. When started said I would try it for a week to see if I could stick it. I have found first week really easy, feel great and no side effects and its been my totm.:) Keep thinking that maybe tommorrow will be hard but so far so good.

    Mine didn't but gave me a weight and measurement card to fill in myself which I have done
