I have no intention to quit, i know these diets work and i know i can stick to them, i was just hoping to have a constant loss than this being stuck for a while.     K other than a mini slip last friday where I had a wholemeal pitta bread and a can of tuna, I've had nothing but shakes and been 100% so why have I gained 3lbs?! I know week 2 is usually a lower loss for me but a gain?! I've been so good! :(
