    My start weight ws 18st 12 and was a VERY tight size 22. 3 weeks later am 17st 13 and a loose size 22 :)

    9stone to lose using orlistat

    Hi I'm currently 18st and am looking to lost 9 stone. I'm calorie counting and have been prescribed Orlistat by the docs today, I've used it before and found it to be really good but had to come off of it because of family stuff. Anyone else on Orlistat?? Wish me luck Jennie xx

    Having another go!!

    Well I started back calorie counting last week and have so far lost 4.5lb which I am really pleased about. The doc has prescribed me Orlistat today so that will help to keep regular losses hopefully. Here goes!!!

    1200 - 1300 a day

    I'm on 1640 a day at the mo but I've got a lot to lose, I use weight loss resources to work out what I need to be on, I've struggled the last couple of days though. 6lb loss on your first week is fab :)

    Anyone have a house rabbit

    What's everyone reading at the moment?

    I'm reading 'The Death List' at the mo by Paul Johnston. Its really really good, a real page turner, I'm nearly at the end of it now. Its such a page turner that a week ago I dropped my husband off at the airport got home at 4am and still had to read it lol I can't recommend it enough:)

    Really its my second weigh in but my first on here lol I've lost 1.5 this week giving me a total of 9lb so far I have my father-in-laws 60th over the weekend and ate all weekend so its really not that bad a loss, its better than nothing:cry::jelous: Roll on next week!!

    Thankyou Ooh thankyou for that, I don't have biscuits with tea or anything when I have it I just love a cup of tea once or twice a day, it will make it much more bearable to have it, also I get so bored with water and I struggle to drink 4 ltrs a day
