    Calculating net carbs

I must say I do have plenty of veg! Infact at the moment I'm cautious about eating any other type of carbs to make it up to 20! I'm happy with my weight loss so far so I must be on the right track :-) I'm just curious why different websites give such different nutritional values to others. I...

    Calculating net carbs

Great tip about tesco and sainsburys for the nutritional values, although I notice they both state: (Example - Broccoli) Carbohydrate 1.8 Sugars 1.5 Does this mean of which sugars? Meaning the total carbs per 100g is 1.8? Seems low to me, I count 100g of broccoli as 4g carb Rick

Yeah, I plan to count the roll as HEB. think im going to have to buy the lean stuff then, I've been buying normal stuff and chopping the fat off but it is a pain. Thanks for the advice! :)

    Red days: Bacon

Ok brilliant, thanks, so do you just use the round bit of lean meat or do you just cut the long strip of the one side and use the rest? The one on the SW app looks delicious but I doubt mine would turn out like that!

    Red days: Bacon

Hi all, with the SW bacon roll, is it ok to remove all visible fat after cooking or is it a must that this is done before? Because I doubt that it wouldn't be very appetising with just a couple of round pieces of dry bacon.

    Red Day Bacon Roll

Hi all, I really fancy a bacon roll but I have one small query. On the SW app the bacon appears to either have fat on or it has been removed after cooking. Is it ok to "remove all visible fat" after cooking? because I'm sure it will be very dry if it is removed before..
