    I don't know what the PP values of these are since I haven't started the classes yet, but when I used to be on WW before, I'd always make sure I had plenty of Options hot chocolates, great if you're dying for something sweet and they don't disappear as quick as a biscuit or a cake :)

    First weigh in for me, and I've lost 4.5lbs :D I'm pretty pleased cos for the most part it hasnt felt much like a diet and I even had a few sneaky g&t's on friday night (which by the way, kicked my butt all over the place, not used to that!)
