    Not sure where to post but would like advice please?

    You should maybe not see it as a diet, see it as just changing your eating habits, it's worked for me, I haven't had a "piggy" day the way I would have this time last year since I joined in Feb. Some people at my group were really upset they hadn't lost weight this week but I have a feeling...

    Oops!!

    I went over my weekly allowance last eek by quite a bit and still lost 1.5lb, I just tried to be good as much as I could dureing the rest of the week, I also tried walking a bit more, worked for me.

    No "Your Week" at the WW meeting

    We were told we could ring customer services and request one to be sent out to us if we didn't get one, I get to class early so always get one but some didn't for the last 2 weeks.

    Wii zumba game anyone know if theres one being released as I read there was?

    I do 2 Zumba classes a week and love love love it... even though I get in such a state sweat wise and need a shower ASAP haha.

    Pedometers

    I have the WW pedometer, wear it everywhere I go, dont even mind the funny looks I get haha, the fact it shows u the points u have earnt is what swung it for me.

    Evenings are evil :(

    I tend to snack on ice lollies of an evening (while it's been so hot anyway), Some are only 1 point, I take my time eating them so after I wont want anything else.

    WI days??

    I chose a Thursday morning as I eat more on a weekend so wanted to not have to worry like I would if it was a Monday. I'm going tomorrow morning this week as I can't make Thursday, not done a different day before so not sure how weigh in will be I'm sure my body got used to Thursday at 10am haha.

    Oh cheese, let me count the ways I love you!

    My local Co Op does a low fat mature cheese and it is lovely, I have used quite a bit of this week and still lost 5lb, cant be too bad... I hope... haha.

    very anxious about 2nd weigh in:(

    At our class yesterday a lady was having the same problem, she was told that if she was being good then the weight will come off, our bodys don't always know its weighing in time, she also said that maybe dropping a point will help.

    Garlic bread find

    The dough balls are lovely, I have to go to the Asda near my sister to get them as our one doesn't do them, not sure why as I'm pretty sure it's a bigger store. I make my own Garlic dip to dip them in, I use extra low fat Hellmans mayo then add Garlic seasoning and whisk together, is yummy.

    Desserts...

    I eat WW puddings, some are a bit yucky but others are really nice, I had started on their ice lollies until I realised ones like Soleros are less points and are bigger. Have you tried the WW eclairs? They arnt as nice as proper ones but are still yummy an only 1point each.

    little bit of help!!

    I remember years ago going to Slimming World on a Monday, such a bad idea, my Weight Watchers is on a Thursday, it means if I'm naught over the weekend I just make up for it during the week.
