    I'd say try having them per day and try having them at weekend and just see what works for you. I have up to five a day then the rest at weekends on takeaways with my hubbs.

    Thats great guys! Thanks. Some women at work are not happy with losing 1 lb a week and crash diet but it's sorry lived. I would much rather slower regular losses and to keep it off. Im a big eater. But im not picking at junk at all and im full. So far so good!!

    How come on ww things like wraps, and rice cakes are quite low in points yet on sw they are quite high. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, its just on ww I ate a lot of these things, and was starving!!

    I use 1 banana 1 orange and two big table spoons of frozen fruits. Sometimes a ring of tinned pineapple in juice too. I add a glug of natural yogurt then a glug of milk. I love going to the Market and getting cheap fruit and veg or aldi. Note to self - kiwi and melon do not smoothie well!

    Roasted chickpeas!!!!!! Yummy! Butternut squash roasted. Fat free yogurt lightly tikked with tikka spice and marinate some bite sized pieces of chicken in the fridge over night and bake in the oven. Boil some new potatoes then dry and bake on a tray with salt and spray oil. Delish!!

    Fruit smoothie with skimmed milk or fat free yogurt with oats in it. I make this for me and my husband everyday for breakfast - we eat it with a spoon like a yogurt rather than a drink. Keeps us full till lunch too!!

    Sorry to hear that. Do you eat at regular intervals? I have low blood sugar and feel light headed and shake and sometimes faint if I don't eat regularly. I eat a lot of carbs and it doesn't have that effect on me, maybe you have a bug? Hope your feeling better soon. x
