    while I was in tesco the other day i picked up a limited edition ready made lemon meringue flavour slimfast shake. omg, its fabulous, the nicest one i've tasted. :D i hope they start making it regularly. Has anyone else tried it?

    sounds good to me, although you can have another 100 cal snack and you should double your water intake. im terrible for black coffee... always drinking it :o keep going hun you've done fab all the weight you've lost!

    Help...slim.fast and exercise

    I like the idea of cutting dinner in half. but it's still only gonna add up to the same calories, hmmm this is a tricky one. I'd contact slimfast and see what they say.

    I think boots have it on offer... not sure when that ends though. lloyds chemist do too but not quite as cheap as what it was at tesco. it's horrible having to pay full price for it... i love a bargain!

It obviously depends on how much you need to lose but I don't think 3 stone by july is unrealistic. it's my friends wedding in july and i'm maid of honour... im hoping to lose more...
