    What are your losses like?

    I've (unfortunately) put on a pound this week :( BUT I have been slipping on being strict over the last week, so it's give me a kick up my baggy behind to get back on track, and not take the diet for granted! So back on track for me :)

    It is very much so. I've stayed the same weight since I got married in 2008, well apart from creeping up a few pound. I know it'll feel even better next week if I could lose the same again, I'll be seeing that 9st somthing mark, me and 9 havent seen each other for a loooong while ;)

    Hi NB, and welcome (Im a newbie too ;)) I hope you get over this hurdle, I always find I have to tune my mind into the pro's of the diet, and just forget the cons of it. Try not to tune into the dread you're feeling, switch your mind to forget it, and think of that new body you want :)

    I shall join in - not very exciting though! B- MIM L - Chicken mixed with mayo, cucumber, chives and soured cream, scooped in to little gem lettuce leaves with olives on the side D-I have left over kebab meat from last night, with a bit of mayo, and green veg (whatever's in stock)
