    Just did weighing and measuring + 2oz but lost quite a few inches! Does it count if I measure absolutely every part of my body and add them together to make a more impressive loss? haha screw it -7.4 inches! booya!

    Aw that must suck! I hate it when that happens! My friend like to go on about how much weight she loses by doing nothing and people like us work our butts off and get nowhere! yeah the difference will be amazing and we will look in the mirror and think I worked for this :) Good luck yourself :)

    I am just exercising, started the 30 day shred and eating small and healthy (I think) I never do well on diets ha! and I know its become a bad habit! Its just the scales look lonely without me standing on them! haha thank you for your reply. :)

    Exactly! Using that theory, I should start using the public toilet that's a 20 min walk away, the more tea I drink, the more I need the loo, the quicker I will run, the more weight I'll lose!

    Don't forget, any loss is a success! You will be bound to put on a pound one week and it be gone the next, all that water you are drinking has to go somewhere! Keep at it, the results in the end will be totally worth it :) I dont know anything about slimming world so I don't know if that helped...

    Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

    The other day my scales showed a 4lb weight gain over night! I have to say I was FUMING! I don't know what on earth I had done, but its all gone now and then some, I think personally if I wasn't a serial weigher I wouldn't have the motivation to go awww hells no! that extra 2 ounces has to go, NOW!

    ooh i looove the chocolate mint! and the other chocolate ones hot! the chicken n mushroom soup is lovely and the broccoli is vile! ughh had to shove loads of pepper in it to try and hide the taste >< the butterscotch i accidentally watered down a bit too much so want too nice and the cappuccino...
