    what's your top 3 w.w products?

    ww lasagne which i have with one slice of morrisons garlic bread so makes it 6 points but feels like a treat. ww bread which i have every day. ww crisps, the ones like dorittos which are 1 point and i get from poundland ( they are £1.98 in the supermarkets) I also always have a box of ww cookies...

    Where the bargains are... all WW friendly

    Dont know how long it is on for but in Morrisons on Thursday they had frozen meals on 5 for £4 (the ones you can usually find for £1 each) and ww bread was 2 for £1, the yoghurts were also on offer but cant remember the price.

    Lowest Point Cereal Bars

    Sainsburys be good to yourself multigrain maple cereal bars are only 1 point and really nice and are more filling than alpen bars as I agree with CupcakeKatie I dont find alpen bars very filling.

    Just found this reading some threads, I bought some Sainsburys sugar free marshmallows which are 2 points for the bag, I shared mine so I only had 1 point.

    Has anyone ditched Slimming World for Weight Watchers?

    I have also tried both diets and ww is better for me as it is my portion sizes that are the problem. I found sw ok to stick to but only lost 1lb in 3 weeks. I have been doing ww for 4 weeks now and have lost 7lb, I like how you can eat anything on ww, small amounts of some things obviously but...

    The Morrisons eat smart ones are 1 point and really nice for 1 point. I have noticed that Morrisons eat smart items in the new packaging has ww points on them now.
