    I don't tend to worry about fat just aslong as carbs are 20g or less you'll go into ketosis, infact when I put everything in mfp my fat intake is always higher than anything else by quite alot but I don't worry about it x

    Aw that sounds lovely. Definitely better than treating myself with food and wine which seems ridiculous now but I always did that on other diets. Losing weight really makes me want to make more effort too so lots of new clothes and pampering treats to come :)

    Thats fab well done you're doing great... Its amazing what we can do with a bit of determination. Ive never been so happy on a diet before. Im loving it and just know I will be saying im on my 8th week and havent cheated still in a few weeks time :) Theres not a chance I am gonna blow it!! xx

    Haha your aorta has a pulse in your abdomen right below the middle of your ribs and its quite normal to see it :) I've even noticed it on my kiddies bellys before. Obviously if you notice a swelling and its pulsating really bad it could be more serious xx

    I'm already thinking about fibbing, I get vertigo alot and I can't drink whilst taking my medication for it so might tell them my vertigos back so I'm back on my tablets and chicken and salad is what I was thinking..     I use a smoothie maker but I've already had that for years.. Lots of people just use hand blenders can get them really cheap from argos...not sure how well they crush the ice sure someone could tell you :) I put about six ice cubes in and 300ml of water x
