    Yes i came out of that pool and felt 100 times better .. i sit at a desk all day for work so that means that i do have to push myself in the gym that little bit harder, but when i do do the exersice it feels great :)

    Well done on your weight loss so far! Ww is by far the best diet I have tried! Lost three stone on it starting at 14st 8.5lbs and now hover between 11st and 11st 7lbs.. I love this diet u never go hungry! And can eat normally but just smaller portions! Good luck xx
