I have that issue with work today...alot of meetings etc where food is always served and alot of working lunch's!!! This morning I had a meeting that we have every month and we allways have tea and toast (nicest toast ever) and It nearly killed me this morning...next week we have a staff...

Haha, ya thank58.5 sounds much better!!!! Started it now so going to stick at it for the next 6 weeks as hopefully I will have almost 2 stone down by the end ofMarch and then I can see how I feel. Thanks for the replies!!
