I dont go to class but have been following (or so I thought!) SW for the past 4 weeks or so and nearly always have 2 weetabix as a hexb. BUT I have lost 14lbs as of this morning so I wouldnt worry too much.

I have pcos and i think cutting on carbs is making me feel less larthegic. I have decided to cut bread completely for now and just sticking to cereal and soups.

Hi all Well I think, sorry, I KNOW I have found the switch to restart CD. I weigh 15 st 11 lbs and am 5'2 and WILL lose 3 st in time for christmas. Its day 1 and feeling excited. So far I have had a choc tetra split with hot water.
