    I did this a while ago and I DID have success when I stuck with it to the letter. I think you need to stop counting calories completely and focus on whether you are really hungry. Do the eating slowly and putting down your fork in between each mouthful and focus on when you start to feel full...

    The 'what i resisted today' Thread.

    I like this thread! Good to feel positive achievement in between weigh ins by resisting junk or sloth :) I resisted a kebab last night, I go past the kebab/curry house on my way to/from slimming world! I went home and made a proper dinner instead, grilled lamb steaks and squash and mashed potato.

    First night back at SW class for me last night, was 5 pounds heavier than I thought so have adjusted my sig accordingly. Now will follow the plan to the letter all week! I really hope to make a dent in those figures! Well done everyone else :)

    Hello everyone, I joined yesterday, but this is my first chance to post. I have around 4 stone to lose (have already lost 3 stone over the last couple of years but with much yo-yoing)& am following Slimming World plan. I'm glad to have found this place, it seems full of useful info and support :)
