    woo hoo another 1 1/2 off for me, i think thats about 19lb in 11 weeks :D if i can keep this going it will be more than 3 stone off in a year was 13st 3 after having my DD and am now 10.6 1/2 so a bit to go till i get to the nines but am so pleased when i look how far i have come.

    I get the munchies if i haven't eaten enough during the day but what i like to do is save my hex a + b till late and have 2 choc Alpen light and options choc made with all my milk so that it's really creamy and that helps my sweet tooth.

    46 syn binge - Emergency help required! :(

    We all fall off the wagon every now and again do not beat yorself up about it. What i try and do if the munchies hit is try and go for a jog or a nice long walk the day after (1 hour walk burns the same amount of calories as a 30 min jog) it heps me level it back off in my head.

    Does anyone else on SW eat seasonally?

    We grow a lot of our own veg and salad in the summer but need to get the hang of winter veg and also need to improve successional planting, we get lots of apples, pears, rhubarb and strawberries... in reality we need a bigger garden! i try and eat as seasonally as possible with the fruit and veg...

    This sounds a lot better than the one that my consultant mentioned, and to say i will usually eat anything it went in the bin after two mouthfulls, it was the one where you mix in a mullerlight and sweetner after boiling the rice in water... yuk i would NOT recomend! Hopfully this will help...

    Glad you had a good time, just remember though even if you do have a quick gain it will more than likely fall off again just as fast. It feels so good when you give yourself a big shake up and listen to the positive you that says you CAN do this.

    after my chocolate binge this week i still managed to loose 1lb! so that takes me into the 10's!!!!, it just shows that if you compensate with a bit more excercise and being good (most of the time) you can have a few treats, although i think i need to get back on it 100% and start making a note...

    i was the same with both but luckily it was good things in my first pregnancy like fruit so i think i actually weighed less than when i started! but the second time round it was all sugar cravings for the quick energy fix.

    Ali you might find that you have bigger losses over the next few weeks especially if you're bloated. You are only 1lb off your Christmas challenge and remember that can flutuate from day to day anyway.

    As a new ish mum who is also bf i would say that if i was to get pregnant again i would still follow the plan as i am eatting better now than when was when i was pregnant and even during the early days of breast feeding. if you are un sure the best thing to do would be to talk to your midwife.

    well i'm about a size 14 on top (to allow for hourly changing boob size!) and a size 12-14 bottom and i'm 5'5" and weigh 11st 12 and can't weight to fit back into my "before baby clothes" and then start shopping again for smaller ohhh and nice bras with an underwire that fit :o

    as an alternative its really nice with natural youghurt as well, you could use some stewed fruit from your healthy extras. Am new to this and havn't looked yet but if fresh orange is ok soak the oats in that overnight and them add some natural yoghurt over the top with fresh fruit.
