    Couldn't get on last week so last week lost 1/2lb and this week lost 1. Really chugged as it* week and iusually gain. Guess not having a break at work on sat worked a treat. Not that I want to repeat that any time soon!

    Thanks Boopuk. I was just about to add a thought I had whilst dishing up dinner (chilli!). If you couldn't count your 1/3 free in what is cooked how can you count Quorn as SF when you HAVE to cook it?:confused: Now at least we know the information was wrong.:)

    For the 1/3 I've generally been having some salad with a bolognaise or chilli as the salad makes up my 1/3. But correct me if i'm wrong as i'm at work and can't check. Is it not meant to be 1/3 superfree with every meal and not just free?

    Did you add any herbs in? That's what I usually add to my sauce but I also put in oregano, basil and sometimes a bit of chilli powder. Sometimes I add a touch of Worcestershire sauce too (It's free). gives it a kick.

    Extra Easy Maple syrup on salmon!!!

    I use maple syrup with Salmon. I put the Salmon in foil with a little fry light and some water and then a splash of maple syrup over the Salmon with the seasoning. It tastes really nice and is a bit of a change from Honey. I've been counting it as 1 syn but maybe I'm wrong?:(
