How do you get your head round it?

How do you get your head round it?
It does help when you have someone who understands what you are going through a lot!!!! I got through reading posts last year and it kept me going... Hi lindsay, I am also feeling the same way. I also lost 4 and went down to 11. stone and am now 11.8 as I couldnt get my head round re eating..
