    I had the maple syrup pancakes, they were ok but not great. I think the ex ante shakes taste better than both slim and save and Cambridge.

    Welcome Cheezey! You have to be determined and stubborn to do any total meal replacement If you are, then you can do this. I tried before, would always pick and give up after a few days. This time I am determined. Lost 5.5lbs in first week. I have 3 stone to lose. How has it been so far?

    They say average one stone per month. I have three stone to target so 3 months. Once I get to target I am going to do either slimming world or high protein training diet to tone up.

    Hello ladies! I am on day 7 and feeling great. No hunger, lots of energy. In my mind I did not believe the 'ketosis=no hunger' as seemed too good to be true, but it really is true! Keep going !

    Beccastar maybe you are not in ketosis yet. I read ketosis can start anytime for day 2 to day 5. Hopefully the hunger will stop soon and you will find it easier.

    who else managed to stay 100% total solution yesterday? I went to a house party, lots lovely party food and alcohol. It was day 5 & I stuck to plan having just coffee and water. I am proud of myself. Feeling so determined. Who is with me?

    Yes having 100g cooked weight as a HE, then some extra as syns. I will prob have 84g cooked extra so that will be 4.5 syns? (book says 28g boiled of dried plain pasta 1.5) Not used any syns yet today, have a massive bowl of melon & grapes for snacking on.

    my fav slow cooker recipe is beef & root vegetable hotpot, from my recipe book '200 slow cooker recipes' published by hamlyn. I amend it for Sw by leaving skin on spuds, browning meat & onions in fry light. Delicicious & syn free if using potato as HE.

    Have your syns, otherwise you will feel deprived & not stick to it. I am on maternity leave but looking after kids is hard work!!

    You should not be feeling hungry. Eat some free or superfree food whenever you are hungry. I snack on fruit & have a mullerlight yoghurt once a day. My main meal is always very filling. Stick with it, next week will be a loss I bet.

    I am a newbie, joined on wednesday. I did SW in 2004 and liked red days, so will be mainly sticking with that. Tonight we are having Spaghetti with chilli meatballs. Syn free on red days. I can post recipe if anyone interested. What are you having??
