    ss+ is really good - there is little or no difference in weight loss. You should still get into keto just fine. I recommend 4 sachets rather than three in a meal but thats only becuase i can't control my portion size with the meal. But its whatever is best for you. Good luck!

    Dehydration definitly contributes to dizziness. I would try having an extra litre of water a day spread out and see how you feel. If you don't feel any better, speak to your CDC. I did wonder if it is due to the lack of salt as we do sweat alot out when it is hot.
