    Nandos style chicken breast with a slice of cheese and pinapple and a bit of fromage frais (for the mayo substitute) its free on red and you can have it with sw chips on EE you might have to cut up the chicken tho or it wont all fit!

    indian, rice tends to have oil in it even tho its meant to be steamed and mexican also has high syns too! i would say italian, go for lots of salad as a starter so you have plenty of superfree foods! then maybe an arrabiata pasta, italian tends to have extra virgin olive oil so go for a green...
