    Hello...I'm on day 1 of attack today so following your thread!! In 5ft and weighed in today at 134lb! True weight is 112lb so 22 pounds to lose!!!! Sounds like a lot!!! So far today I've had zero fat yogurt with sweetener and oatbran! Xx
