    For me it was okay, I mean I was really tummy grumbling and have a two hour commute til my last shake but overall I feel okay. I did have a glass of water with me at all times and a few cups of green tea.

    thanks for the replies, first week gitters and nervousness I would have never would of thought of spliting packs that might be ideal for me. 1/2 at 6:30am, brik lunch, brik on commute home at 6pm, then last 1/2 when I am home at night

    Wow 15 st 11.....I was 12 at my wedding back in September ... How depressing. Well I have my packs and ready to go for Monday. I was almost in shock when she read the numbers out. I really hope I just drive in again with Cambridge.

    I think getting some of this weight off will help me get back in the mindset, too long I was feeling low while sorting out the thyroid side of things. This time I hope to take it one step futher and actually hit my goal weight. Wish me luck on the scales tonight!!

    We have a new little kitten taking over our lives. When I say little I mean little, her mom and day are both mix breeds but mixed with some kind of mini cat. Very small and our little bundle of fluff is 9 weeks now but still is barely a handful... but eats like a trooper. So new to the world...

    Thanks so much for the encouragement everyone. I imagine I have to get a dr note (is that right) and I meet with my CDC tomorrow so I imagine I won't be allowed to get packs til I see my dr next week. Thanks again!!!
