I have a set of Salter scales and I can't say a bad thing about them; had them for a couple of years now and they've always been pretty accurate for me.
I go on my Wii Fit around 5 times a week for just over an hour. I try to at least do the body test everyday, I can't do with the little board getting an attitude asking where I've been! Ha!
