    April challenge....

    Good and bad

    So I have now lost 18 lbs which is amazing but came home from stressful day at work, packing house to move after work tomorrow and I ate a piece of white fish and frozen veg that I poached in water.     So I lost another three today. And am only 15 pounds from where I was to be April 15th. Feels possible and good even! i signed up for a stretch/ pilates class on saturday mornings so I have something to help keep up fitness and something to do when all my mates are hungover!!! :P 16 pounds...

    March 2010 starters

    Sorry if I was unclear, I meant lose 13 in next three weeks COMBINED! If I kept losing 13 lbs a week I would need a doctor! Not a bummer at all. I am wondering about exercise. I felt pretty good all week and am thinking of going for some swimming, yoga or lifting. Any thoughts?

    March 2010 starters

    Hi guys, I started mid march. Just had my first WI and lost 13 lbs, so I am very happy with that. Trying to match that again over next three weeks so I can be 2 st down for a trip to Berlin in mid April. Good luck all! x

    Week one
