    Fabulous first week

    Hi all, I lost 4 pounds this week - got weighed last night Tuesday! It was my first WI. I'm so thrilled - it's onwards and upwards! Can't believe how much I ate as well. I think exercise has really helped.:D Good luck for all your WIs this week :)
