    100 cal snacks

I made myself Eton mess on Friday - heaven in a bowl! You need: 1 meringue nest 4-6 strawberries (depending on size) Squirty cream Break the meringue up. Chop the strawberries. Add squirty cream & mix. There are 50 cals in the meringue nest (Co-op ones, other makes have similar cals), about 20...

    Freezable SW meals?

I start my PGCE in three weeks, which means getting a train at 7am & not getting home til 6.30. I'm going to be too tired to cook every night so the family have been told they need to muck in, but to make life easier I'm going to start batch cooking & freezing now. Can anyone add any meals to...

My new Actifry has just arrived and I have a couple of questions! 1. Do you really have to dry your chips before putting them in? 2. I've read on here about spraying the chips with Frylight before cooking as it's healthier than cooking oil. But is it really safe to use Fry Light? I'm a bit...

You can get them from camping stores, plus a lot of petrol stations sell them. Homebase were also selling ones in light bottles that were £6.99. I know this isn't food but it's related - I just bought a gas barbecue from Homebase for £22.50.
