    Does exercise help

    i would say exercise is essential, however i find when im cutting my carbs and my diet is better my exercise lacks. i train alot and have a personal trainer i see weekly, do weights and cardio

    i get no bloating with low carb what so ever, it really benefits my digestion and ibs symptoms ..as soon as i touch anything carby like chips etc or things out of my normal range, my stomach bloats and i look as if im 5 months pregnant

    OMG have put weight on!

    are you training at the gym/exercise. muscle mass is bigger than fat so will show up more, i get smaller but sometimes my weight stays same or goes up abit if im training everyday doing cardio an then weights. sometimes its best to use the tape measure for real results xx

    what i mean is, when you look at the back of the bar it says 19g carbs... so i would think eek thats my daily allowance but on the front it says 2g confused

    Lunch ideas

    roast chicken or chicken breast with salad or just the chicken on its own depending. salads, i make my own in the morning, little tub of iceburg lettuce, cucumber slices, shredded up ham slices of ham or chicken

    i think it helps jotting down what you've eaten. i check the g and make sure it balances out to 20 for the day, tho just startin out with the veg etc ..1 coffee cup full, are we talking a big coffee cup? eggs i dont count either
